My Story

I have worked at large brand name companies over the last 15 years building CRM's that have scaled dramatically.  From Trulia to Intel, from Nerdwallet to Funding Circle, and I have learned one key thing, your most valuable asset at work in building relationships. We've all heard it before, but I think understanding how those relationships come to play in both your technical skills and soft skills is the MOST important thing you will need in your career.  I want to help your leverage that, teach you how to cultivate it so that you not only have the ability to promote change, but really create culture at work, which in turn will help you create amazing technical things.

After working at my first job 6 months, I was handed 40 employees under my management, and that single incident propelled me to spend the next 17 years understanding what kind of manager, leader, and coach I wanted to be. And I'm ready to share my knowledge with you.

My Mission

I have been in the tech industry for over 15 years now.  I have managed to learn a few things along the way, many of which I find to be surprising most people don't know.  I've managed large scale projects from both a technical and product perspective.  I've lead culture committees and financial independence discussions.  I have mentored, coached and sponsored many people throughout my career.  And I am not done making an impact on how we all should be approaching our careers. I wan to help you feel equipped, empowered, and ready for the next chapter of your work.

Why I am the right person for your job.  I am just full of passion, no matter what I am faced with I know I can solve it.  How we make those choices, whether it be prioritization or life changing decisions, they do make long lasting impacts.  So having the right person to help matters.
